Preheat oven to 425 degreesMelt butterSaute onion in butter until softAdd 2 T flourAdd cream and milk to the roux and stir until bubbly and thick. Remove from heat.Sitr in pieces of Boursin cheese until smooth.Add parmesan, lemon zest and pepper.
