Then drain in a colander and squeeze out as much water as possible.In a saute pan, spray non stick butter flavor spray and saute chopped onion until wilted. Add drained spinach and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.Take half slice bread and break it apart in the measuring cup with the milk. Use fork to mash bread up and then stir it into the pan with the spinach. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and stir it into the pan. Then place a lid on the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.Add garlic salt and black pepper to taste.
