How Do I Make Venison Kabobs with Creamy Gnocchi and Spinach?

If planning to grill the Venison, skewer the cubes onto 4 skewers, one for each serving. Spray with Pam to keep from sticking and season to taste. If you would like to cook indoors, these can be easily cooked on the stovetop. Spray a pan to keep from sticking, add the meat, season to taste. Either way, cook the meat turning just as needed and until it is cooked thoroughly. Venison must be cooked well done. While cooking the venison, boil water for the gnocchi. Follow the package instructions for the spinach and microwave. At the last minute, pour the gnocchi into the boiling water. Cook until they all float, about 2-3 minutes. Take the vension off of the heat, set aside to rest for a minute or two. Drain the gnocchi and mix together with the creamed spinach. Serve along side the venison meat. Makes 4 servings.
