Here is how you make Sausage and Spinach Pie:

1 In a skillet, brown sausage. Drain off fat.2 In a mixing bowl, stir together the eggs, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir in sausage.3 Put 1 pie crust into a 9x13 casserole dish, stretching to fit and trimming so that only the bottom is covered. Fill with the sausage mixture.4 Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 1-1/4 hours or until filling is set. Cool in pie plate on wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
