Remove excess liquid from spinach and sit aside.Roll out dough, use 2/3 dough and place in a deep 9" pie plate. Bake following instructions until lightly browned.Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.Mix Cottage cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Feta Cheese, Spinach, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper. Spread over crust. Roll out remaining pizza crust and place over top of spinach mixture. Top with pizza sauce.May add mushrooms and onions on top of sauce.Sprinkle 1 T of Parmesan Cheese on top.Bake at 350 degrees until pizza is done on top and crust is brown.
