This is one of my favorite pizza combos! Don't be scared off by the calorie count. The calorie count is for 1/4 of the pizza. It seems like a lot, but think about how much you'd be eating if you called up the pizzeria! I save this for one of my higher calorie meals and serve it with a salad. For the crust, I use MIGHTYFINEWINE's whole wheat recipe. It's the best I've found.

Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, 1 pizza's worth

2TBS Light Margarine

2TBS Minced Garlic (out of the jar)

1 cup Part Skim Ricotta (I just can't stomach the fat free version, but feel free to go for it and reduce calories!)

1/2 - 1 Package Frozen Spinach, thawed and pressed (use as much as you'd like to taste)

1 Cup Chopped Broccoli, cooked

1 Medium Tomato

1/2 Cup Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella

Here is how you make Spinach, Broccoli and Tomato Pizza:

The recipe for the dough is here:http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1180485--------------------------------------------Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray and roll out your pizza dough. Use whole wheat flour if needed to prevent sticking.Melt margarine in microwave, and then stir in minced garlic. Spread mixture on top of dough.Spread ricotta on the pizza.Top with spinach and broccoli before adding the tomato slices. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.Bake at 450 for 15-20 minute depending on your oven. Cut into 8 or 4 pieces. Serving size is 1/4 of the pizza.
