After you pen the can of Salmon please make sure you remove the bones. Then break the salmon up with a fork. Add all the other ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix in the salmon. Once everthing is mixed take a gulf ball size of the salmon mix and pat into a small patty.Heat a frying pan on medium heat with a tsp of olive oil. Place the patties in the oil and pan fry. Fry on both sides until the patties ar e golden. Remove from the pan and serve.2 patties are normally great for a serving.I like to have mine with brown rice with garlic and ginger and steamed green beans.
