Prepare Pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/8 cup of water then drain pasta and set aside.2. Remove tails from shrimp, place in small bowl and add Cayenne pepper, Black Pepper and Salt, tossing shrimp to coat evenly.3. Place olive oil into a skillet and heat over medium to medium high heat.4. Add Shallots and Garlic to skillet and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Be careful not to burn the garlic.5. Add dill and oregano to garlic mixture and heat an additional 2 minutes.6. Combine Yogurt, Neufchatel Cheese, Milk and water with the garlic and herb mixture in skillet. Heat over medium for about 2 minutes or until melted and well combined.7. Add Shrimp to skillet and allow to cook approximately 3 minutes.8.
