Here is how you make Shrimp and Spinach Frittata:

Thaw spinach and dry very well with paper towel.Whisk the milk with the eggs/whites, garlic, onion and herbs (to taste), salt and pepper. Cut shrimp into small pieces if they're not already small. Dump egg mixture and shrimp into pan. Put a layer of spinach on top. Once the egg has started to cook, stir the bottom once to get the uncooked liquid down there. Once that layer is cooked, dump the whole thing into a glass baking pan, put the cheese on top, and cook in the oven for about 5 minutes.
