3 cups Fresh Spinach
1 medium shallot, sliced into rings
3 cloves garlic minced, or to taste
1 Tsp Olive Oil
12 oz. shrimp, peeled
2 T Parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Shrimp and Spinach Spaghetti Squash:
