Here is how you make Shrimp and Spinach with Linguine:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Thaw shrimp as directed on package. Drain olives and set juice aside. Meanwhile, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes. Before garlic browns, add lemon juice, white wine, and juice from olives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat liquid to a boil and immediately add spinach. Cook, stirring frequently, until spinach begins to soften. Add tomatoes, olives, and shrimp. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
