How Do I Make Artichoke and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms?

Here is how you make Artichoke and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms:

Preheat oven to 400. Clean gills out of mushrooms and put into a large ziplock bag. Pour in 1/4 cup or more of the fat free zesty Italian dressing and marinate at least 1/2 hour (I did three hours and they were extremely flavorful). Chop artichoke hearts, onions and spinach in food processor until chopped (do not puree); put the softened cream cheese, the pureed vegetables and cheeses into a bowl and blend until well blended. You can add additional cheese if you like, but it will increase the calories and nutrition numbers. Stuff mushrooms with artichoke, spinach and cheese blend and top off with a little bit more of the shaved parmesan. Bake at 400 at least 30 minutes (may take longer depending on how much of the "stuffing" you put in each mushroom. You want it bubbling and a little brown.
