1 (8 ounces) can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup (4 ounces) fat free cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (9 ounce package) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped
1/2 (10 ounce) package frozen shopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
2 garlic cloves, minced
20 cooked jumbo shell pasta

Here is how you make Artichoke, Spinach and Feta Stuffed Shells:

Preheat oven to 375.Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook 12 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.Combine 1/2 cup mozzarella and the next 6 ingredients (through garlic) in a medium bowl. Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheese mixture into each pasta shell. Place the stuffed shells in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spoon the tomato mixture over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella.
