Put Flank Steak in a 13 x 9 glass dish. Combine everything else, except the Flank steak. Rub on both side of flank steak. Pour remainder on top of the meat. Cover with plastic wrap. Let marinate 3 hours or overnight. Occasionally turn meat in the marinade.
