How Do I Make Boot Steak?

Here is how you make Boot Steak:

Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Put steaks in a gallon zip lock bag, add packet of Italian Seasoning mix and the oil. Close bag, rub/toss to coat meat. Dump the steaks onto the bottom of the crock pot and arrange so they're both sitting flat next to each other (we had two smallish ones in this instance). Open your 2 cans of stewed tomatoes and pour them in to the sides. Depending on the size of your pot, you might have some of the actual tomatoes lay atop the beef by necessity but try to keep the juice from pouring directly on the beef as this will run the risk of removing your rub.
