Serves 2Using a Pressure Cooker, spray with cooking spray. Combine flour, salt and pepper - dredge meat in mixture. Heat oil and brown meat. Remove meat to plate. Saute onions, carrots, garlic, bay leaf and parsley for 3 minutes. Add broth, wine and tomato paste. Add meat and lock pressure cooker. Bring up to steam over high, then reduce heat to medium - being sure to keep steam going - cook for 22-25 minutes.
