How Do I Make Flank Steak?

Here is how you make Flank Steak:

Trim edges. season with 1 tsp salt, 1/8th tsp paprika, 1/8th tsp ginger. Melt 1/4 cup butter, add & saute until brown 2 T chopped onions. Add 1 C bread crumbs & 1/4 tsp salt. A few grains paprika, 2 T chopped parsley, 3T chopped celery, 1 slightly beaten egg. Spread this dressing over the flank steak, roll it loosel & tie it closed. Heat in a skillet of 3 T of fat. sear the steak in the hot fat on all sides.
