How Do I Make Hamburger Steak?

Here is how you make Hamburger Steak:

In large bowl combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and worcestershire. Form into 8 balls and flatten into patties.Spray skillet with Pam over medium heat. Fry patties in the oil until patties are nicely browned, about 4 minutes per side. Remove patties to a plate and keep warm.Heat oil in skillet and fry onions until tender, stir in flour with a whisk or fork. Gradually mix in sherry and beef broth. Add mushrooms. Simmer and stir over med-low heat until gravy thickens, then turn heat to low and add patties to gravy.
