Mission Tortilla Round Chips (6 oz.)
Weight Watchers Shredded Mexican blend Chesse, 1 1/2 c.
Herdez Salsa Verde, 7 oz can
Flour, 2 tblsp
I can't believe it's not butter light spread, 1 tblsp
chicken boullion cube
water, 3/4 c.
Taco seasoning packet

Jalapeno slices
chopped red onion
diced tomatoes
fresh cilantro


How Do I Make Steak Nachos?

Here is how you make Steak Nachos:

Season steak with taco seasoning packet and brown in skillet. Set aside.In saucepan, melt butter, then wisk in flour. Add water and boullion cube and wisk until boiling. Add salsa and cheese, stirring until melted. Set aside.On cookie sheet, place tortilla chips in single layer. Sprinkle steak over chips. Pour 3/4 of melted cheese sauce over both. Sprinkle sliced jalapenos and chipped onion.Bake in oven at 400 degrees until cheese melted and bubbly and chips start to brown a little. Top with remaining cheese sauce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
