Take the meat out and let it come to room temperature. Take 2-3 tablespoons of fat free sour cream and put it in a bowl. Dice up about a 1/4 cup of cucumber into small cubes and add to the sour cream. Add about a teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a dash of salt and a teaspoon of black pepper to the sour cream and cucumber. Mix these together in a small dish and refrigerate until serving. Put a small amount of salt and pepper on the meat and put onto a hot grill or cook on a grill pan for about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked medium. On the grill I will put the pitas on for the last minute or so to heat up or stick into an 350 degree oven for 2-3 minutes. Allow the meat to rest a couple of minutes and then slice into thin strips. Put about a tablespoon of the sauce mix onto a pita and then add some of the sliced steak. Makes 4 servings.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DMBSTR.What's The Nutritional Info For Steak Pita? The nutritional information for Steak Pita is:
