How Do I Make Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls?

Here is how you make Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls:

Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire. Let marinate for up to 2 hours.While the steak is marinating, cut your vegetables into matchstick size pieces and chop the garlic cloves.Finely chop your shallot. Melt butter in a pan and saut? the shallots until soft and translucent. Add the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and beef stock and stir to mix well. Bring to a boil. Let it boil and reduce to about half the volume. You will know it's done when it thickens to a glaze consistency. The butter will start separating and rising to the top. Take off heat and pour in a bowl. In the same pan, add the olive oil and garlic. Turn the heat to high and saut? the carrots, bell pepper, zucchini and green onion. Stir fry the veggies for 2-3 minutes. Add the Italian seasoning, stir and remove from heat. Put veggies in a bowl.To assemble the steak rolls, take a marinated piece of steak short side toward you. Fill the center with veggies and then roll the steak. Toothpick it to keep it closed. Repeat.Add a touch of olive oil to the pan and let the pan get hot. Add steak rolls seam side down and cook for two minutes. Turn the steak rolls until all sides cooked to the doneness you like.Remove the toothpicks.
