1.25 tsp dry mustard

3 cups mushrooms
2 cups beef broth
remaining soup mix
2tbsp flour

mix together all of steak ingredients except oil and divide into 6 equally shaped oval patties. Preheat a skillet on medium-to medium high heat. Cook patties until done turning as needed.Remove steaks when done to plate. Remove any oil from pan leaving about 2-3 tbsp of drippings. Stir in flour and cook for a few minutes. I add about 1/2 the broth and stir until the flour is incorporated.
