I pulled this down from the food network website when I was looking for a recipe for swiss steak. My mom used to fix this all the time. Swiss Steak is prepared with a round steak that has been run through the cuber at the butcher's. Cube Steak is also another "cut" you see at the market. Note: Nutritional count includes another 1/2 onion and another 3/4s of a bell pepper that I needed to use up. We like the extra veggies.
