Use 2 cups of cold water, 3 T. corn starch and whip with wire whip, cook on high until bubbles and thickens, add tomatoes. Place sliced onions, carrots, celery over meat and then pour gravy over all the meat and veggies. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.Great with mashed potatoes.Makes 4 servings.
