2 packets fajita seasoning
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato diced
1 cup sliced onion

1) Slice round steak into thin strips, dice tomato and shred lettuce. 2) In large skillet, brown meat strips. Drain excess fat and add seasonings. Let simmer 10-15 minutes.3) Warm tortillas and fill with 2.5 oz steak, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 oz lettuce, 1 oz onion and 1 oz tomato. Fold and serve.
