1 Cup Uncooked White Rice
16 oz Flank steak
1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Cups Broccoli, chopped


How Do I Make Red Thai Steak Bowl?

Here is how you make Red Thai Steak Bowl:

Slice steak into small strips as desired. Mine were 1/4 inch wide about 2 inches long. In a bowl mix the curry paste and soy sauce together to make a marinade. Some water may be added if you desire a thinner consistency. Add the steak to the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minues or however long you like. When you are ready to cook, prepare rice according to packaging. While rice is cooking chop your broccoli and prepare that by either boiling or steaming until it becomes tender. In a skillet, add the beef strips to a little olive oil and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat until meat is cooked thru and brown.
