Combine vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garbanzo bean flour paprika, cumin thyme in large bowl. In smaller bowl combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic and olive oil and whisk. Make well in center of dry mixture and add wet mixture. Knead for 2-3 minutes. Let sit for ten minutes. Knead for another 30 seconds. Roll into a log and cut into 4 equal pieces.
