1 can butter beans (limas)
1 can corn

How Do I Make Francum Brunswick Stew?

Here is how you make Francum Brunswick Stew:

Cut chicken in pieces. Placed in heavy sauce pan/stock pot or slow cooker. Add salt and water. Cook about 1 1/2 hrs or until tender. Remove meat from bones. (discard bones and skin) Cut into generous sized pieces and return to broth. Add onions, tomatoes, beans, corn and pepper. Mix ingrediates with spoon. Remove a cup of broth and add a couple tablespoons of sifted flour to the cup, mixing to remove any lumps. Return blended broth and flour to pot. Repeat till all flour is blended.
