1/4 cup Catalina dressing (added later)

1 cup cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
1/2 bell pepper
2 cups uncooked Minute Brown Rice (4 cups prepared)


How Do I Make Catalina Stir-fry?

Here is how you make Catalina Stir-fry:

1. Slice chicken breasts and stir-fry in 4 tsp soya sauce and 4 tsp Catalina dressing. (I often use chicken that I cooked earlier and just warm it up with the soya sauce and Catalina dressing)2. Add in veggies and stir-fry until they are cooked to your liking (I don't like them too crunchy; sometimes I add a bit of water to cook them a little faster)3. Stir in 1/4 cup Catalina dressing.4. Serve over rice.
