2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. brown rice
2 tbs. worchestire sauce
1/8 c. corn starch
4 tbs teriyaki sauce
2 tbs. olive oil

Here is how you make Quick Stir-Fry:
