1 tbsb Barbeque Sauce
1 package frozen mixed veggies ( I used a stir-fry mix with mushrooms, peppers, corn, broccoli, water chestnuts, snap peas and cauliflower)

Cube chicken and sautee in skillet on med. heat with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and barbeque sauce until no longer pink.When chicken is fully cooked, add frozen vegies (rinsed) and saute until mixed, lower heat. Let chicken and vegetable mixture simmer. Meanwhile, prepare Brown rice per package instructions.
