Here is how you make Turnip Green Stir-Fry:

Heat the EVOO in a skillet with the minced garlic. While this is heating boiled asparagus for 5 mins. Add scallions, green peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and asparagus to the EVOO and garlic. Fry up for a couple of minutes until heated. Add mixed veggies untill all heated. Add the marinade to the mix and the turnip greens. Heat until turnip greens are all cooked down.
