Feel free to sub out any you have on handDice up the chicken into small cubes. Slice up the rest of the veggies. Add the fat free chicken stock to the wok. Add chicken. Cook until most of the pink is gone. Add carrots, pepper, and mushrooms. Continue cooking until veggies are almost fully cooked. Add snow peas and scallions.
