Here is how you make 30 minute stroganoff:

Cook ground beef in skillet til brown throughout. Drain if needed. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, set pasta aside. In same pan used for pasta, heat milk, flour, garlic, onion, baasil, oregano, salt, & pepper over medium to medium-high heat until mixture boils stirring frequently to prevent burning. Stir boiling mixture continuously until it has thickened. Turn the heat down and add the peas, carrots, ground meat, and pasta. Stir over low heat until heated throughout.
