1/4 Cup flour

4 Beef bouillon cubes

Here is how you make Stroganoff:

Put 4 bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water and microwave until dissolved. Boil pasta. Brown ground chicken over medium low heat, then rinse and return chicken to saute pan. Sprinkle flour over meat and stir to incorporate. Add bouillon broth and milk and simmer over medium low heat, stirring frequently. Add parsley and pepper to taste. Once sauce has thickened, add cooked pasta and stir. Reduce heat to low, add mozzarella and cover until cheese is melted. Serving Size:5 servings
