Here is how you make Low Budget Stroganoff:

Brown onion in melted butter. Add ground beef and stir with onion until it too is lightly browned. Do not let it burn! While stirring, add flour, seasoning and mushroom pieces. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add soup; stir well and simmer for additional 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Add sour cream. Serve over your choice of fluffy rice or noodles.
