This was something I cooked up while undergoing treatment for cancer. I needed something low fat and reasonably nutritious. I think it came out pretty tasty as well. How Many Servings Does Stuff Recipe Make?Stuff makes 6 servings. What Are The Ingredients For Stuff Recipe?The ingredients for Stuff are: 1 pound of lean ground turkeyHalf can of Trader Joe's no salt added corn Medium sweet onion (yellow onion is okay too) 1 cup cauliflower (coarse chopped or diced) 1 Large can (28oz) of Muir Glenn Fire Roasted Tomatoes (I prefer diced) 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp of Oregano (or to taste) 1 tsp of Basil (or to taste) 2 cups Brown Rice (I cook it in a rice cooker with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of Brummel and Browns) How Do I Make Stuff?Here is how you make Stuff: Saute the onions, garlic, cauliflower and peppers in olive oil. Add the turkey (or chicken) and brown it. Add the tomatoes and the corn. Add oregano and basil and stir in until it is mixed in well.
