Wheat Bread Dough
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
1 C. cheese mozzarella part skim
1 C. Green Bell peppers
1 C. Yellow Bell peppers
1 package Country Gravy
1 Egg (stirred)


How Do I Make Stuffed Loaf?

Here is how you make Stuffed Loaf:

Make wheat dough. ( I use breadmaker). Cook ground turkey and peppers together. Roll out dough to just over 1/4 of an inch thick. Put meat, peppers, and cheese on dough. Brush edges of dough with the egg. Fold the edges and pinch so it stays. Egg wash outside edges. Turn over and egg wash top of bread. (Makes it golden when baked). Place in oven at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, depending on your oven. Cook until outside is golden brown and inside isn't doughy. Cut into slices and serve with a side of country gravy.
