Remove tops of bell peppers and seeds, wash each pepper and invert on paper towels to remove as much water as possible.Meanwhile, in lg. mixing bowel put all other ingredients and mix very well adding egg substitute 1/2 c. at a time. Fill each bell pepper gently patting mixture in cavity. Be careful not to crack the pepper!Bake in preheated oven at 360 degrees until done.
