Brown turkey with diced onions. 2. While turkey is browning, cut top 1/4 off pepper, remove stem from top, seed and de-vein pepper. Dice tops of peppers (set aside) Submerge in boiling wter for 5-10 minutes. Pull out and drain. 3. Add diced pepper tops, rice, stewed tomatoes and water to turkey/onion mixture. Bring to a boil then add lid and drop to simmer for 20 minutes. 4. After 20 minutes add cheese and then equally stuff the peppers. Place in any oven safe dish and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350.makes 6 servings.
