1 bag cobblestone mills french pistolette rolls
1lb lean ground turkey
1lb jimmy dean breakfast sausage (in the roll)
1 can of Rotel
1 block Velveeta 2% or lite cheese

Here is how you make Stuffed Pistolette Rolls:

Slice the top off of rolls and set to the side. "Gut" the rolls(remove bread from inside). Brown turkey and sausage together in nonstick skillet. Combine velveeta and rotel in pan and melt over medium heat stirring frequently to keep from burning. Combine cooked meat with melted cheese. Place hollow rolls on large cookie sheet. Fill with meat and cheese mixture and replace tops. Put in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until roll tops are crispy. You can take out sausage for fewer calories or add frozen broccoli.
