1 lb lean ground turkey
4 slices low fat mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make Stuffed Spaghetti Squack:

Take whole squash cut in 1/2 length wise and take out seeds and microwave until center is soft. While squash is cooking, brown turkey and onion in large pan. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to tasted. When squash is done using fork scrape out squash should come out looking like spaghetti. SAVE THE SQUASH SHELLS. Add squash to browned turkey and then add spaghetti sauce. Enough till pretty moist. Put turkey mixture back into shells top with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and put into 350 oven till cheese is melted. This can be made ahead of time put into the fridge.
