Here is how you make Maple Cinnamon Mashed Sweet Potatos:

Peel and dice the sweet potatos and apple. Add the salt, sweet potato and water into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower the temp to simmer and cover. Simmer until the sweet potatos are almost soft. Add the apples, mix through the sweet potatos and continue to simmer until the sweet potatos and apples are soft.Drain off any water and place the sweet potatos into a bowl for mashing. Once they are mashed, add the spices, butter and syrup and mix fully.
