Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat well for at least 10 minutes on medium speed. (The more it is beaten, the better the texture will be.) Divide into 4 equal parts. Place each part on a sheet of moistened parchment paper and roll into a loaf, tucking ends under. Place into plastic bag and close tightly, Freeze until solid. When frozen a loaf can be cooked in water, leave in paper wrap while cooking, with onion, salt honey (or sugar) pepper and carrot - to taste. Cook for 1 1/2 hours on a low flame (just simmer).
