Here is how you make SWEET and SOUR KRAUT..w/KIELBASA:

Drain sauerkraut (leaving it moist but not dry) and reserve liquid.Melt ICBINB in pan.Add apple and onion and saute until onions are translucent.Add sauerkraut and mix well.Cook on medium for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.Slice kielbasa nearly through and press into sauerkraut.Cook for 15 minutes or until kilebasa is heated through.Serve & enjoy.Use the reserved kraut juice to boil some potatoes as a side dish.
