1 T Lemon Zest
2 T Brown Sugar Splenda
1/4 C of water
Salt /Pepper (to season fillets)
1 T of Extra Virgin Olive Oil


How Do I Make Sweet Lemon Salmon?

Here is how you make Sweet Lemon Salmon:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Put Salt , pepper, and lemon zest on your Salmon. Have a skillet with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil heating up. In a small sauce pan put lemon juice, water, and Brown sugar. Cook on low until sugar is dissolved. Brown salmon fillets on both sides for about a 2 minutes on each side. Transfer salmon to a baking dish and pour brown sugar sauce ontop of the salmon.
