How Do I Make Stephanie's sweet cheat meatloaf?

Here is how you make Stephanie's sweet cheat meatloaf:

I usually make the bread first. brush each slice with the olive oil on both sides. just a little is needed. I sometime add a little garlic powder as well. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 5 minutes or until toasted (flip once during baking) remove from oven and chop into to small cubes.whisk all sauce ingredients together, until combinedIn a separate bowl mix together both meats, ( I usually use my hands for this) the cubes of bread you toasted, the egg, and a spoonful or 2 of the sauce. Don't over work it, this will make it tough. Just mix enough to combine.Line a cookie sheet with foil. Shape mixture into a flat shaped loaf. It should take up most of your pan with an inch or 2 of space at the sides. the loaf will only be about an inch tall. Brush remainder of sauce on top and around edges of your loaf. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. ( I use a meat thermometer to know when it is done)Serving Size: makes a large flat loaf divided into 8 even slicesNumber of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KATYSMOM26.
