4 cloves garlic, pressed/minced

Here is how you make Spicy-Sweet Pork Roast:

Preheat oven to 400. Line a medium-to-large roasting pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix the rub ingredients together and put on both sides of the pork roast. Place roast in the center of the pan. Dice sweet potatoes and onions, set aside. Core & wedge apples (dice if you prefer). Mix with sweet potatoes and onions, and add to pan around the roast. Use a 2nd pan if necessary for any additional of this mixture. Press/mince 2 cloves of garlic for the roast, and 2 for the vegetables, and add.Bake for 45 min at 400 F and check for doneness.
