2 T butter

2 T flour
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c white wine or apple juice
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c water
3 T light soy sauce
2-1/2 T ketchup
1 t ground black pepper

Here is how you make Sweet and Sour Pepper Pork:

Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Fry pork, sprinkled with kosher salt, 5-10 min or until browned on all sides. Remove from oil, cover pork with foil to keep warm, set aside.Same skillet, med heat, melt butter. Mix in bell pepper, onion, garlic and saute 5 min. Sir in flour and sugar and cook for 1 min. Stir in wine, vinegar, water, soy sauce, ketchup and black pepper. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 min or until thickened.
