Here is how you make Sweet 'n Spicy Pork Roast with Rosemary Potatoes:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.2. In a small bowl, combine cumin, red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Rub mixture all over pork and allow to sit at room temperature 30 minutes.3. In a medium sized bowl, combine cut potatoes, 2 tsp oil, rosemary and a sprinkling of salt and mix well. Set aside.4.
